Looking for a place to play? Join us for Adult Soccer Open Play at the Cane Bay Family YMCA! Come out for casual pick-up games, get some extra touches in, and enjoy a fun night of soccer.

📅 Open Play Details

• Friday evenings 5:30pm – 7:30pm, in September & October beginning 9/11
• 18+ only, no child care is provided and kids cannot play around on fields while parents play
• FREE for YMCA Members and Non-Members
• Pick-up/open play format
• No registration required

✅ Before You Play

All participants must complete a waiver before participating.

• Waivers may be completed online ahead of time or in person upon arrival
• Photo ID is required at check-in to verify name and age
• All participants must check in before entering the field

Come by yourself or bring some friends — teams will be organized on-site based on attendance.

🏀 YMCA Adult Basketball League

Get your team together and get ready to compete in the YMCA Adult Basketball League at the Cane Bay Family YMCA!

📅 Registration Details

• Registration: September 2 – October 17
• Registration Fee: $500 per team
• Team registration only, no individual registration.  Captains register entire team.
• Registration will close once we reach 7 teams
• Space is limited for our first season, so register early!

🏀 League Schedule

• Game Day: Sundays
• Game Times: 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM
• Season Start Date: October 25th

• Game Days:  10/25, 11/1, 11/8. 11/15, 11/22, 12/6, 12/13, 12/20 Tournament:  1/10 & 1/17

📝 Team Rosters

• A signed team roster must be submitted at the first game
• Every player must initial the roster before playing
• IDs will be checked for all players
• No players may be added to a roster after Week 3

👕 Uniforms

• All players must wear matching-color shirts
• Each shirt must have a readable number on the back

We are seeking an Adult Basketball Program Assistant to help support the league throughout the season. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys basketball, working with adults and creating a positive game-day experience.  Email [email protected] if you’re interested.

🏐 Adult Volleyball: Co-ed Team League

Bump, set, and spike your heart out at the Y!

We’re excited to open registration for our upcoming Adult Volleyball League at the Cane Bay Family YMCA!

This season, we’ll continue offering our Co-ed League and are also introducing a Women’s Volleyball Division for players looking for even more court time.

📅 Registration Details

Registration Dates: September 4 – December 21, 2026

Co-ed League

• Team Registration Fee: $500 per team
• Deposit Due at Registration: $50
• Remaining balance must be paid prior to the start of the season
• Team registration only

Looking for a team?
Visit us for adult open play on Fridays (beginning September 11) from 5:30 – 7:30pm to meet new volleyball friends! Only $5 for nonmembers and free for members.

📆 League Schedule

• Season: Winter 2027 (beginning January 2027)
• Season Duration: Approximately 8–10 weeks
• Games: Friday and/or Sunday evenings
• Tournament: End-of-season single elimination tournament

Final schedules and playing formats will be determined based on registration numbers.

👕 Uniforms

Players must wear matching-colored shirts with numbers on the back for lineup purposes.

Full uniforms are not required, but teams must wear the same color shirt for each game.

Good taste and common courtesy apply when choosing attire.

⚖️ Co-ed Rule

Co-ed teams may consist of both male and female players, but at least 3 female players must be on the court at all times.

Adult Volleyball Team Roster

🏐 Adult Volleyball: Women’s Only Division

More volleyball. More court time. No full team required!

We’re excited to introduce a Women’s Adult Volleyball Division at the Cane Bay Family YMCA!

This option is perfect for women already playing in our co-ed league who want more court time, as well as anyone looking for a women’s volleyball opportunity.

📅 Registration Details

Registration Dates: September 4 – December 21, 2026

• YMCA Members: $20 per player
• Non-Members: $25 per player
• 18+
• Individual registration
• No full team required
• Players may request teammates
• Teams and playing format will be determined based on registration numbers
• Minimum registration will be required for the division to run

📆 League Schedule

• Season: Winter 2027 (begins January 2027)
• Games will be scheduled based on registration numbers and gym availability on either Friday or Sunday evening.
• Format may include traditional teams or game-day shuffle play depending on registration
• Final schedule and format will be shared after registration closes

Join us Friday nights for Adult Volleyball Open Play at the Cane Bay Family YMCA!

📅 Open Play Details

• Fridays | 5:30–7:30 PM
• Beginning September 11
• YMCA Members: FREE (pre-registration not required)
• Non-Members: $5 introductory rate
• Open play / pick-up format
• No team required

👥 Age & Guest Guidelines

This open play time is intended primarily for adults.

• Non-members must be 18+
• Minor non-members may not attend or participate
• YMCA members may bring their own volleyball player age 16+ to play with them
• The member must remain in the gym with their minor player (no exceptions).
• Adult participation takes priority. If attendance is high, adult players will be given court preference and minor participation may be limited.

⚠️ Safety & Supervision

No childcare is provided during Adult Volleyball Open Play.

For safety, children may not run throughout the gym/hallways, play on the sidelines, use the stage as a play area, or otherwise interfere with open play.

This time must remain organized and controlled so everyone can participate safely.
