Whether you miss the days of “suiting up” or you’re brand new to team sports, the Y’s adult sports leagues are the perfect way to stay active, connect with others, and enjoy some friendly competition. Our programs are designed for all skill levels—whether you’re looking to sharpen your game, meet new people, or just have fun in a supportive environment.
Right now, we offer volleyball, basketball, and softball, with opportunities to play, grow, and be part of a community that shares your love for the game. Join us on the court or the field and experience the excitement of staying fit while building lasting friendships.

- Registration Dates: March 13, 2026 – June 7, 2025
- Team Registration Fee: $500.00 (Team Registration Only)
- Deposit Due at Registration: $50.00
- Balance Due: June 2, 2026

📆 League Schedule:
- Season Start Date: June 12, 2026
- Season Duration: 10 Weeks
- Tournament: End-of-season single elimination (mid-August, exact date TBD)

Cane Bay Family YMCA
1655 Cane Bay Blvd., Summerville, SC 29486 (Gym)
👕 Uniforms:
- Players must wear matching shirts with numbers on the back for lineup purposes.
- Uniforms are not required, but teams must at least wear the same color shirt for each game.
Good taste (common courtesy) applies when choosing your attire.
⚖️ Co-ed Rule:
- Teams can consist of both males and females, but at least 3 females must be on the court at all times.
