Teen Fitness Center Orientation

Strength and resistance training is safe for teens age 13 to 15 when appropriately supervised. Teens will learn how to safely apply and utilize basic weight training principles, strategies and techniques; gym etiquette; and, the potential dangers and health hazards associated with improper weight training.  Please wear athletic shoes, workout clothes, and bring a water bottle.  Upon successful completion of this class (specific Saturdays 11-2), teens are welcome to use the Wellness Center when accompanied to the building by a parent or adult member.

*No Fee. Registration Required.  Participants must attend the ENTIRE session 11am-2pm.
