Monthly After-School Program Information

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Location

If you choose to drop off your child, drop-off and pick-up will take place at the side door near the pavilion of the YMCA building.

AFTERSCHOOL HOURS

• Program Hours: From school dismissal until 6:00 p.m.

• Half-Day Dismissal: Aftercare begins at early dismissal time. An additional $10 fee applies on half-days.

• Late Pick-Up Fee: A $2 per minute late fee will apply starting at 6:01 p.m.

• Emergency Contact Notification: If a child is not picked up by 6:15 p.m., we will begin contacting parents and emergency contacts.

• Local Authorities: If a child is not picked up by 7:00 p.m., we are required to contact local authorities.

• Non-School Days: After-school care is not available on non-school days. A separate day camp may be available for an additional fee.

PAYMENT & FEES

• Registration Fee: $75 per child (non-refundable)

• Monthly Fees:

             YMCA Members: $375/monthly

             Non-Members: $520/monthly

• Weekly Fees:

  • YMCA Members: $105/week

  • Non-Members: $135/week

• Payment Policy:

  • Payment is required regardless of attendance once enrollment is confirmed.

  • To cancel, notify the director at least 7 business days before the payment due date:

• Sibling Discount:

  • Available to YMCA Members only

  • Must be applied at the front desk

Note: Service may be discontinued if your account is more than 5 days delinquent. If you’re experiencing financial hardship, please contact the program director as soon as possible so we can work with you.

TRANSPORTATION

Students may be eligible to ride the school bus to our location if they attend:

• Cane Bay Elementary

• Cane Bay Middle

• Westview Primary, Elementary, or Middle (if living in Cane Bay Plantation)

📌 Important:

• You must give us at least 72 hours’ notice so we can coordinate with the school transportation department.

• Bus transportation is not guaranteed until confirmed.

• After confirmation, you must inform your child’s school directly.

• Sibling discounts for members are only available at the front desk—please speak to a staff member.

Weekly Afterschool Program Details

Cane Bay Family YMCA

This information is for families choosing the weekly afterschool care option. Please review carefully to ensure a smooth and successful experience.

📍 Drop-Off & Pick-Up Location

If you choose to drop off your child, please use the gymnasium doors located at the back of the YMCA, near the soccer fields. This location is also used for pick-up.

🕒 Afterschool Hours & Policy

• Regular Dismissal Days: Care runs from school dismissal until 6:00 PM

• Half Days: An additional $15 fee applies. Care begins at the school’s early dismissal time.

• Late Pick-Up Fee: A $2 per minute fee will be charged after 6:01 PM

🚌 Transportation Information

We offer transportation from the following schools:

• Cane Bay Elementary

• Cane Bay Middle

• Westview Primary, Elementary, and Middle (for students living in Cane Bay Plantation only)
