PWR!Moves Parkinson's Wellness Recovery Group Fitness
The PWR!Moves® group fitness class is a Parkinson’s disease specific exercise program designed to teach participants to move bigger and faster. Performing exercises that focus on essential skills that are often affected by Parkinson’s helps individuals to counteract PD symptoms (i.e.: posture, balance, flexibility, strength, and functional mobility).
Classes challenge participants both physically and cognitively. What they learn and practice in class gets carried into their everyday life enabling them to accomplish more. The group setting is also great for socialization, support, and encouragement.
Please call for more information and to set up a baseline assessment appointment.
