Fall Community Extravaganza & Trunk or Treat

Help us to make the successful community event!

We need your hands! The event volunteers for Fall Community Extravaganza and Trunk or Treat on Saturday October 25, 11AM-3:30PM for set-up, event operation and clean-up. Please help us if you are available for a couple of hours for this event. Must be age 15+.

*After registration, we will send you an email regarding YMCA Volunteer Training with a link which is a free training, and all YMCA volunteers are required to complete.

This registration is for the trunks who promote their business in Trunk or Treat 2025 event (Saturday, October 25, 12-3PM). 

*Handing business card, business information or giveaway as a vehicle, not a table or canopy. If you want to sell products, be a table or canopy. Please register at ___

Rules

• Vehicle owners must complete this registration form to participate. Only those who have properly registered their vehicles will be allowed to participate at this event. Registration closes on Friday, October 19 2025. The registration fee is non-refundable.
• No homemade food permitted for safety reasons. Only individually wrapped candy/products are accepted to hand out. The YMCA is not providing candy to the trunks.
• Additional games and activities (e.g., spin wheel) will not be permitted at participating trunks in an effort to keep the trunk line moving.
• Check-in beginning at 10 a.m. on the event day. All trunks must be decorated and staffed by 11:45 a.m. The event begins at 12 p.m. sharp. Registered vehicles must stay at the event until the event ends at 3 p.m. For safety purposes, vehicles will not be allowed to leave the parking lot until the event is over.
• Vehicle owners must have proof of insurance, vehicle registration and driver’s license at the event. Proof of registration and insurance must be provided for each registered vehicle. Only properly registered vehicles can participate in the event.
• Registered vehicles will be provided an authorized trunk number upon check in. This number must be placed in a visible location on your trunk. It also will be used for the Trunk Contest.
• Electricity will not be available for decorating your vehicle.
• No smoking, alcohol, pets and other illegal items, the theme must be family oriented.

• One Canopy (10×10 space) per Business or Up to 2 Tables depending on the event space.
• The Registration Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE (This will be processed as donation to 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.)
• Registration closes on October 19th 2025. The vendors must complete this registration process by the time to participate an event. NO LATE REGISTRATION.
• Electricity is not provided
• No smoking allowed
• No alcohol allowed
• Any other illegal products, inappropriate items/vendors are not allowed. The YMCA has the authority to remove those items/vendors from the event
• No pet allowed
