📅 Duration: 9 Weeks | June 2 – August 1, 2025
🕖 Regular Camp Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
🕗 Early Drop-Off: Available at 7:00 AM at no extra cost
🕓 Extended Care: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM ($50 per child per week) (Not available for 3/4 year old’s group)

Registration & Pricing
The $50 registration fee is non-refundable. Once charged, refunds will not be given.
💰 Early Bird Pricing (Ends April 5, 2025):
- Members: $185 per week
- Non-Members: $255 per week
💰 Regular Pricing (After April 6, 2025):
- Members: $200 per week
- Non-Members: $275 per week
💰 Extended Care (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM): $50 per child per week (NO EXTENDED CARE FOR 3/4 Year Olds)

Register in the group under the age your child will be at the start of the session.
Payment Information:
- All payments are due 10 days before the start of each camp week.
- A $25 non-refundable fee is required upon registration and will be deducted from your weekly fee. This fee secures your spot!
- Withdrawals have to be done 5 days prior to week of start. To withdraw, email your request to [email protected].
Special Notes
📩 If your child has exceptional health, behavior, or learning needs (IEP/504 Plan), you must contact [email protected] before registering. Enrollment is at the sole discretion of the YMCA staff on a case-by-case basis.

2025 2-Day DROP-IN 7/8-year-olds
We are offering a program catered to those parents who want the kids to experience Y camp, but don’t need a full week of services. 7/8-year-olds would be able to attend on Monday and Wednesday from 8am-12pm.
Parents would need to register the week before they would attend. The cost of the program would be $100 for members and nonmembers. We are not offering one day services or just one half day services.

Counselor In Training ( 13-15)
This camp is for children ages 13 to 15 at the Cane Bay Family YMCA. Learn the skills necessary to be a counselor. The CIT program offers teens the opportunity to develop leadership and program skills that will hopefully lead to a counselor position in the future. The focus is on small group dynamics, communication skills, teamwork and values clarification. CITs help to organize games and activities with the campers and assist the counselors with daily responsibilities.
The fee will be $135.00 for a member or non-member per week.
