Middle School and High School Training for Upcoming Sports
Program Details:
This will be a small group youth athletic development program on Multidirectional Speed, Strength, and Power led by Paul LePrevost, a personal trainer at the Y certified in Strength and Conditioning with over 10 years of experience working with middle and high school athletes. The program will begin and end with physical tests to measure starting point and final development.
The pilot program will consist of a maximum of 4 participants meeting for 90 minutes thrice a week for 8 weeks. There will be a total of 24 sessions for each program. Sessions will run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with groups at 7 am (ages 12 and 13) and 9 am (ages 14 through 17)
Ages: 12 – 17 years of age
Registration Dates: June 3rd through June 12th
Registration Fee: $300 for members and $350 for nonmembers * This is a special pilot program and is being offered at an extremely discounted rate
Start Date: Monday, June 17th through August 9th
